This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Doer Biplob (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects when you visit doerbiplob.site or contact me about web design, WordPress development, SEO or speed optimisation services, how that information is used, and the choices you have. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you and do the work you hire me for.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Doer Biplob, a freelance web designer and SEO consultant based in Bangladesh and working with clients worldwide. For any privacy question or request, contact me at doerbiplob@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+880 1312-146745).

2. Information I collect

Information you give me

• Contact form: your email address, the message you write, and your name if you provide it.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: your phone number or email address, your name as shown in the app, and anything you share in the conversation.
• Project information: if we work together, details about your business, website logins or hosting access you choose to share, content and images for your site, and billing details needed to invoice you.
• Comments: if you leave a comment on a blog post, your name, email address, website (optional) and comment text.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like almost every website, my hosting server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used only for security, troubleshooting and keeping the site fast.
• Cookies: this site uses only a small number of essential WordPress cookies and no analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

I do not use tracking pixels, analytics tools or advertising networks on this website.

3. How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To plan, build, launch and support your website or SEO project.
• To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
• To keep this website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

I will never sell or rent your personal information, and I will not add you to a marketing list without your permission.

4. Legal basis (visitors from the EU/EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, I rely on: your consent (for example when you send a message), performance of a contract (when we work together or you ask for a quote), legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and running my business), and legal obligations (such as keeping financial records).

5. Who your information is shared with

Your information is only shared with services needed to run this website and my business:

• Web hosting provider: stores the website, its database and server logs.
• Google (Gmail and Google Fonts): emails you send me are handled by Gmail. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you click a WhatsApp button, you leave this site and your conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
• Gravatar (Automattic): if you comment, a hashed version of your email may be sent to Gravatar to show your profile picture.
• Authorities: only if required by law.

6. How long I keep your information

• Enquiries that don’t become projects: deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
• Client project records and invoices: kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
• Website logins you share with me: deleted once the project or support period ends. Please change passwords you shared after the work is finished.
• Server logs: kept for a limited period according to the hosting provider’s settings.

7. International transfers

I work from Bangladesh, and services such as Google and my hosting provider may store data in other countries. By contacting me you understand your information may be processed outside your home country. I only use well-known providers with their own security and privacy safeguards.

8. How I protect your information

The site runs over HTTPS, admin access is limited and password-protected, and software is kept up to date. Access details you share for a project are stored securely and only used for that project. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you;
• ask me to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict how it is used;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

This website and my services are meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy
