Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of doerbiplob.site and to the web design, WordPress development, SEO and speed optimisation services provided by Doer Biplob (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using this website or hiring me, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these terms. If a written proposal or quote we both agree on says something different, the proposal takes priority for that project.
1. Using this website
- The content on this site is for general information about my services. I try to keep it accurate and current, but it may change without notice.
- You agree not to misuse the site, including by sending spam through the contact form, trying to gain unauthorised access, or copying the site’s design or content for commercial use.
- Links to other websites (such as WhatsApp or Google) are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content or policies.
2. Services
I offer website design and development (Elementor, Bricks Builder, WooCommerce), SEO, and website speed optimisation. The exact scope, deliverables, number of pages, revision rounds, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal or quote, shared by email or WhatsApp. Anything not listed in the proposal is outside the scope and may be quoted separately.
3. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are fixed-price and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- The payment schedule is set out in your proposal. Work begins once the first payment is received, and the website is launched or handed over once the final payment is made.
- Ongoing services such as monthly SEO are billed in advance for each period.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, themes, stock images or fonts are not included unless the proposal says so, and are paid by the client.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide content (text, images, logos), feedback and approvals on time. Delays in content or feedback may move the delivery date.
- Provide any access needed (hosting, domain, WordPress admin) and change shared passwords after the project ends.
- Make sure you have the rights to all content you give me, and that your website content follows the law.
- Keep regular backups of your website once it has been handed over, unless you have a maintenance agreement with me.
5. Revisions and changes
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra revisions, new features, or changes after a design has been approved may be charged separately. I will always tell you the cost before doing extra work.
6. SEO and performance results
I follow Google’s guidelines and proven best practices, but search rankings depend on factors outside my control, such as competition, Google algorithm updates and your content. I don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. PageSpeed targets (for example 90+) apply to the site as delivered. Later changes, new plugins, heavy images or third-party scripts added after handover can lower the score.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
- Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and the content created specifically for you.
- Themes, page builders, plugins, fonts, icons and stock images remain the property of their creators and are used under their own licences.
- I may show the finished project (screenshots and a short description) in my portfolio and social media, unless you ask me in writing not to.
- Everything on doerbiplob.site, including text, design and graphics, belongs to Doer Biplob and may not be copied without permission.
8. Confidentiality
I keep your business information, login details and unpublished material private and only use them for your project.
9. Cancellation
Either of us can end a project by giving written notice by email or WhatsApp. You will pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and I will hand over the work that has been paid for. Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing period starts.
10. Support after launch
Any free support period after launch is stated in your proposal and covers fixing bugs in my work. It doesn’t cover new features, content updates, or problems caused by later changes, plugin or theme updates, hosting issues or third-party services. Ongoing maintenance is available separately.
11. Limitation of liability
I take care to deliver reliable work, but websites depend on hosting, plugins and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
12. Privacy
How I handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We’ll always try to resolve any disagreement through friendly discussion first.
14. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date a proposal is accepted applies to that project.
